Rates have been cut not only in the cosumer but commercial financial arena as well. Bringing with it doubt to investors and hope to stimulate the economy.  Refinancing if you property has the equity is a great time.  Also an excellent time to get into  a 20 or 15 year loan.  Still a popular loan is the 30 year fix with interest only option.  Fixed rate for the term of the loan with the option of first 10 years to pay only the interest portion.  With commerical rates taking two big cuts in the last two weeks this also maybe time to get out of hard money loans and lock into a lower interest rate.  Need help with residential or commerical please contact.
