The Income Limits for 2009 were published by HUD effective March 19, 2009.
These income limits may be used immediately for SHRA’s homebuyer programs:

2 person $46,600 $64,000
3 person $52,450 $72,050
4 person $58,250 $80,100
5 person $62,900 $86,450
6 person $67,550 $92,850
7 person $72,250 $99,350
8 person $76,900 $105,700
